We’re located on 96 acres in Mitchell County, near the towns of Burnsville and Spruce Pine, and the Penland School of Craft. You may have heard of a commune, ecovillage, cohousing, coliving or student coop.

Our community reflects our values and priorities. The homes cluster around the common house, leaving almost ten acres for natural open spaces, gardens, and outdoor activities. Price matters — we know that.
