I was just told that they can set me up with phone service in my area but that they only have so many "plug in" for internet in my area.

It always takes 2-3 hours to get it resolved and at the end of the day it's never resolved. My DSL light on my modem went out on 3/16/20. Last winter they screwed up our account when all we needed was to change the name on it.

Took 24 hrs. Auto Services. They have gotten so large, they dont know what customer service is, because...what is "one customer" leaving hurt them!! I pay for 40 Mbps worth of connectivity, I occasionally get 20, service is incredibly unreliable, constantly have the connection dropped.

You say whatever you need to to get them off the phone and when they realize you've lied they have to call back. If you need services. We'd like to fix that, so just let us know if you'd like our help by responding to us here.Rude, transfers you to wrong departments just to hang up on you after an hour of hold time, then 3 more hang ups then more transfers, hour wait time just for them to tell you there has been an outage. !I have never been so disappointed in a company.

Despite numerous calls they never even think about upgrading our area. They just transfer your call to a different department to see if they can figure it out.

To have my installation done, I have to be available for 12 hours, at a cost of 99 bucks. It can take days to download a movie, and when we tell them this they just reiterated that we are paying for 1-1.5 and we are getting that speed. All Rights Reserved. I'm still sending back and forth calls on an account that is over a year old!!

And now I just received a bill and they say there is a balance that carried over from last month are you kidding me? I wish we could.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Having been a Century Link customer since 2005, I look back to my days in Hong Kong and Mainland China with nostalgia – there the minimum speed in interior rural China is now 100Mbps. Service has worked flawlessly and really appreciate the uncomplicated and easy payment process.
