The Canal Fest traces its roots back to the Aqua Festival held in the ‘60s and early ‘70s.

As of the 2010 Census, the CSA had a population of 1,149,653. Canal Fest is located on the North and South side of the Seneca-Cayuga Canal in Seneca Falls, NY.

Canal Fest 2020 Canceled — Due to the current coronavirus pandemic, Canal Fest 2020, which was to be held this summer in the City of Tonawanda and North Tonawanda, has been canceled. Like Us, Follow Us, and Hashtag Us on all social media platforms.

Live musical performances were scheduled throughout the festival.The Seneca Falls Business Association served as the primary organizer of the festival.

The Seneca Falls Business Association (SFBA) is encouraging all groups, organizations, businesses, wineries, breweries, distilleries, restaurants, arts & craft vendors, food vendors, boaters, and watercraft of any kind to participate in this year’s Canal Festival which runs from Friday, July 7th through Sunday, July 9th. "They had a good time then, and now they're having a good time again," Bly said.Paul Porter, who was running the Potatoes and Molasses Food Truck, said business had been good when it wasn't raining.
