It's the way I view Olympic gymnastics in general. Overall the film felt like a Lifetime comedy, staring Gary Cole, with one crazy sex scene.

I laughed through the entire thing and they did an excellent (albeit formulaic) job making the heroine just human enough to make me root for her. I had no idea that the blonde from "Big Bang Theory" was actually funny until I saw this movie. It is probably more like a two-and-a-half star movie, but I'll give it four stars just for that over-the-top sex scene. If you've read any reviews, or watched the trailer for this movie you should know there's not some sweet romantic comedy hiding in between the jokes. Yes, I'll admit that I bought it for the Sebastian Stan sex scene - still, quite a funny movie I would never watch this movie with my family...but let's say if they watched it individually they'd probably like it too. Melissa Rauch really demonstrates her talents as an actress in this film.

Former gymnastics Bronze Medalist Hope Ann Greggory (Melissa Rauch) has been living off her celebrity status in her hometown of Amherst, Ohio, though she is reduced to going through the mail her mailman father delivers for spending money. She's a has-been living on a vague celebrity past (familiar??) Sure, there a romantic interest, but that takes the back seat to the crude, and sometimes offensive, outrageous comedy. A musician who gave up everything for her dream of rock-and-roll stardom returns home, looking to make things right with her family. I would not hesitate recommending this movie to friends and family..
